This is honestly my favorite Thor moment. He has no idea what that thing is, where he is, what’s going on, but he’s eating pancakes, and the chick with the taser is pointing another electrical thing at him and there are faces on books, but he’s eating pancakes, and yea he’s knows he’s sexy, so yea, he’ll smile.
#Thor doesn’t get enough love #he’s like this huge handsome teddy bear with long lucious locks of golden hair #and he’s sweet and courteous and would tell you bedtime stories about the nine realms
he doesnt even know what a camera is guys, he just smiles on command
I kind of love asgardians. Most people would be kind of miffed that someone hit them with a car twice and tasered them. He’s just like “SHE HAS BESTED ME IN COMBAT! LET US FEAST TOGETHER!” and I can really get behind that.

Aaand the finished thing! Plain sketch was posted here: http://mistytang.tumblr.com/post/32848417785/yep-finally-drawing-some-fanart-for-these
See, here he was like ‘Why not?’ Because earlier that’s what Thor wanted to do, that’s what Thor would have done. So he saw no problem with it. In this scene its the irony that its now Thor trying to talk Loki out of doing the exact thing he wanted to do earlier in the film.
Loki’s giving Thor a taste of his own medicine, having him be the voice of reason and Loki completely ignoring him and treating him like a fool. Just like Thor had done.
This. Exactly. There’s an amazing essay on the topic here, which I urge you all to read.
That article was mindblowing! If you read this and you still think Loki’s a shit-villain and a whiny bitch, you’re missing the whole point of his character and you need to go away.

My favourite character after watching Avengers was Loki, and I was apathetic about Thor. My friends suggested I watch Thor, which I hadn’t seen at the time, because Loki was supposedly more dignified in it.
I gotta say though, now having seen Thor a few times, I like Thor a lot more and Loki a lot less..
