Hello everyone on Tumblr. As some of you may know, I’ve been working on a documentary about the US Intellectual Property system. Sounds boring? Well in case you didn’t know, this includes our copyright system and its newly proposed addition: SOPA.

In this documentary, I explore how SOPA would affect me, a small content creator. Our current system has already hurt me; I’ve gained so much from MegaUpload. If our government continues to shut down these great resources for independent creators for the sake of corporations, we’re all in trouble.

Heres the Proof Police led protesters to the road way and kettled them. A debate has risen over whether the Occupy Wall Street protesters deliberately crossed onto the roadway of the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday, or were led there by the New York Police Department. The below video catches the early moments of the protesters stepping onto the Brooklyn Bridge.

Oh my god.

The Police fucking let them onto the Bridge! Not a SINGLE FUCKING ONE turned around and said “Hey, don’t do this. You’re going to be blocking traffic and that’s illegal, and you can get arrested.” Not a single one. They were fucking LEADING them onto the bridge!

I know that this is meant to inspire and change things, but I feel like shit is going to change. This country could give a fuck about students, especially college students. 700 arrests, and for what? I guess the right to assemble is gone now as well?
